Ventured in after visiting WOW glad we did what an excellent experience couldn’t fault any part of our visit, learnt a lot from the very attentive manager who was very knowledgeable and the port we selected was very good, would highly recommend a visit to this port cellar.

Feb 20, 2025 - Four of us were outside the door at 6:10. We decided that one of us would stay outside with our tiny dog as there was a “no dog” sign. Many places allow small dogs, even Porto Cathedral and Michelin restaurants. But we always ask. If they’re strict with the policy that’s ok too. A female attendant came to the door and asked us if we were part of the group. I told her we were not, and asked her if dogs were allowed. She rudely said no, and said they were closed at 6pm. I said the website said 7pm. She said, not possible and shut the door in our faces. We were quite shocked. This is the rudest we’ve ever been treated anywhere!

We were alone and so had a "private" Tour. It was a beautiful evening, a brilliant and very interesting guided tour, a Fado Show full of passion with three lovely artists.
