This is not common, two churches almost next to each other, simply separated by a pseudo house barely 1 meter wide. Its neighbor Carmelite has nothing to envy it since the church of Carmo is distinguished by its azulejos and the immense work on its side facade, representing the foundation of the Order of Carmel. For the sum of 5€ you can visit the entire interior between the catacombs and the specific rooms used by members of the clergy.
